Tea and wellbeing

James was invited to speak about tea culture at the cultural gathering of fellow health and wellbeing enthusiasts. They also took the opportunity to celebrate Chinese new year.


Kellen from Mindful Peace International presented about slowing down the pace of daily life and practicing mindfulness through various methods.

Dr Li Mei gave an overview about Chinese medicine and traditional health practices as this was the first session of the year.



We welcome the year of the dragon and wish everyone a prosperous year ahead.
